Dentists are our conscience..

so i paid my dentist a visit yesterday..
i complained about my teeth grinding activity while asleep..
about the pain im feeling on the left side of my mouth..
he then told me that i was probably over eating..
HAHAHA..
you dont need to remind me doc..
:p

i was probably over using the left side of my mouth..
so now i am letting the right side do all the chewing..
tough..
but yeah..
